TAN CHAY KEE

Director

Mr Tan is a financial and corporate finance veteran. He has over 20 years of wide ranging experiences in electrical engineering, corporate financial advisory, executive compensation consulting, financial management, strategic planning and corporate development.

 

He has been Group CFO and Group Financial Controller of Mainboard SGX-listed companies where he was a key member of the management team uplifting the companies from strength to strength.

 

Mr Tan graduated from Cornell University, with BSC (Distinction), M.Eng in Electrical Engineering and MBA in finance. In addition, he had obtained professional qualifications in CFA and CPA (Australia).
